Joshua L. Skopp Joshua L. Skopp works with clients to match their growth objectives with incentive programs made available through a variety of government and private agencies. Each year, hundreds of millions of dollars in financial awards to encourage job retention and growth are awarded through grants, low-interest loans, infrastructure improvements, tax abatements and credits. He is experienced in locating and securing these funds, which are available to clients across industries. Prior to joining the firm, Josh was an Economic Development Specialist for the Capital Region Economic Development Corporation, where he interfaced with the Governor’s Action Team and other professionals with the goal of finding suitable sites and/or buildings for clients, compiled economic data, wrote grant proposals, facilitated administration of an Enterprise Zone and assisted with regional economic development efforts. Josh is a member of the Pennsylvania Economic Development Association (PEDA). He received a M.P.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Saint Vincent College.
